Jamil brings over 43 years of leadership experience in the life insurance industry, spanning both the public and private sectors. Over the course of this career, he held a series of senior managerial and leadership roles, including Country Manager in Saudi Arabia, where Jamil led operations and built high-performing sales teams in a competitive international market.

Alongside a distinguished insurance career, Jamil has developed deep expertise in real estate, having served three terms as General Secretary of the State Life Insurance Co-operative Housing Society, Lahore, where he oversaw the society’s administration, member relations, and development affairs.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Economics, an MBA in Marketing, and an MBA in Insurance and Risk Management. At First Choice, Jamil leads the sales and marketing function, drawing on decades of client-facing leadership, a strong professional network, and a clear understanding of what buyers value in a home.
